Introduction and conclusion paragraph: The benefits of doing exercise

Introduction:

     Exercising frequently is demonstrated to improve a lot of things in ourselves, for example: it makes you more active and less stressed in your daily life, it helps you burn calories,build muscles and mantain your physic, and it is also a good way to pass time and socialize doing something entertaining and fun with your friends while growing your self esteem.

Conclusion:

   By doing exercise at least once a week you can improve your self esteem, physic and maintain your mind chill in an entertaining way that helps you socialize more with people.
